How It Works

A clear process from your first message to the finished piece arriving at your door.

1. Consultation

Start by sending us your idea on WhatsApp. You can share reference photos, sketches, a product link, the event or purpose, your preferred style, and any details you want changed. We’ll review the request and discuss what is practical to make.

2. Design & Detail Approval

We confirm the main design details before production. This can include leather color and finish, closures, straps, buckles, hardware, lining, removable parts, and included components. Any requested changes are discussed so the final specification is clear.

3. Measurements & Custom Fit

For made-to-measure orders, we’ll tell you exactly which measurements are needed for your item. Accurate measurements help us shape the piece around your body and intended fit, whether you are ordering armor, a costume, long coat, pants, kilt, or selected footwear.

4. Handcrafting Your Piece

Once the design and measurements are confirmed, our workshop begins production. The piece is cut, assembled, stitched, fitted with the agreed hardware, and finished by hand. Complex custom work may require additional production time because each part is made to the approved specification.

5. Final Check & Finishing

Before dispatch, we review the finished piece against the confirmed order details. We check the construction, stitching, hardware placement, finishing, and included components so the order is prepared correctly for shipment.

6. Delivery to Your Door

Your completed custom piece is packed for shipment and sent to the delivery address provided with your order. Tracking details are shared when available so you can follow the parcel after dispatch.

Important Custom Order Note

Custom-made items are produced specifically to the measurements and details confirmed for your order. Because of this, customized orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a confirmed manufacturing issue. Please review measurements and design details carefully before approval.
